The NOBC Music Ministry is a full-range ministry that includes three year olds through senior adults.

The Preschool and Children's Choir Ministry meets on Wednesday nights from 6:00-6:45 during the school year and includes choirs for three year olds through sixth grade. The Young Musicians Choir (Grades 4-6) is a performing choir and each year participates in the State Young Musicians Choir Festival and a summer music camp.

Sanctuary Choir is designed for any age adult, college through senior adult. This choir leads in the early worship service each Sunday and performs season projects. The choir also participates in festivals and conventions from time to time. Rehearsal time is Wednesday nights, 6:45-8:00 p.m. No audition is necessary to be a part of this choir.

Senior Adult Choir (The "Peculiar Heirs") is for adults, age fifty and up. This choir offers senior adults an opportunity to develop musical talents they may not even know exist. It's a FUN group and participates in the state choir festival. The choir tours to different parts of the country each year. No audition is required to participate in this choir. Rehearsals are the first and third Tuesdays of each month from 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Our Praise Team leads in worship for the 11:00 service on Sunday mornings. This group rehearses on Wednesday nights at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Auditions are required for this group. Contact Tom Wilson or Kim Gregory.

                                         

                              

DIRECTIONS

From Highway 7
Take the Hwy 30/Molly Barr exit and go west about 1/2 mile to a traffic light. Turn right at the traffic light, and the church is about 1/2 mile on the right.

From the Oxford Square
Go north on North Lamar (street that runs beside First National Bank) -- The church is located two miles north of the Square on North Lamar.
