2. What do I do with my children?
Children of all ages are welcome and loved at North Oxford Baptist Church. During the worship services, a nursery is provided for children, birth through age 3. Children, age 4 through first grade, go to "big" church for the beginning of the service and then are dismissed for Children's Church.

3. Do you have any Sunday School classes?
There is a Sunday School class for every age, bedbabies through senior adults. Adults have the option of attending couples classes or all-men/all-women classes. We've recently added a Singles class, G.P.S. (God's Purpose for Singles) for ages 33 and under, who've never been married, which meets in Room 205. All of our Sunday School classes begin at 9:45 a.m. with the exception of our "10th Hour" College Class that begins at 10:00 a.m. at the FLC.  If you need assistance in finding the right class for you, just call the church office for a list of classes and their locations.

4. What should I wear?
Casual attire is fine!

5. What is the worship experience like?
The 8:30 morning worship service is the more traditional worship service with a blended music style. The contemporary service at 11:00 on Sunday mornings is a more casual service and involves a worship team and more contemporary style music.

6. Do you have anything for Senior Adults?
Senior Adults are very important in the ministry of North Oxford Baptist Church, and they enjoy a full program of ministries. The B.A.L.L. Team (Be Active, Live Longer) senior adult ministry program, the "Peculiar Heirs" Choir, a nursing home ministry, and summer tours are just a few of the opportunities available to senior adults.

7. Do you have anything for college students?
The College Ministry has become a major area of emphasis at NOBC. This ministry is called "10th Hour" and meets for Bible study at 10:00 on Sunday mornings at the Family Life Center. Other areas of ministry include mission trips, assisting with the student ministry, and a tailgating experience in the Ole Miss Grove for all home football games.

8. Where are you located?
North Oxford Baptist Church is located two miles north of the Square on Lamar Avenue. The actual physical address is 304 CR 101 (North Lamar changes to CR 101 at the intersection of North Lamar and Hwy 30).

9. Can I volunteer?
YES!!! Almost all of the ministries of NOBC are dependent upon volunteers -- Sunday school teachers, missions workers, children's choir workers, student and college ministry helpers, ushers, greeters -- the list goes on and on! We believe that God places people with different interests and abilities in our congregation to fulfill the tasks He has appointed for us. We rejoice over volunteers!

10. How do I become a member?
At the conclusion of each worship service an invitation is extended to anyone who wishes to become a member of North Oxford Baptist Church to come forward and make their decision public. North Oxford Baptist Church accepts members by ...
