Who We Are

As a supportive ministry of North Oxford Baptist Church, our purpose for MAPS is to provide a loving, Christ-centered environment full of exciting educational activities for young children (ages 1-3) and to offer both support and encouragement to families in our church and the Oxford community.

Our two-day-a-week ministry provides parents with a necessary and well-deserved break while allowing children to learn, play, and grow together. Typical activities include art, music, Bible story, free play, learning basic preschool skills, and outdoor play.

MAPS Director - Jennifer Douglas

MAPS (Mothers and Preschoolers) is directed by Jennifer Douglas. Jennifer enjoys the opportunity to share God's love with preschoolers and families in the community. She and the staff care about young children and helping them grow and learn in a safe, nurturing environment..

MAPS Schedule

The MAPS ministry begins September 8, 2026 and ends on May 18, 2027. Classes meet every Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The MAPS calendar will follow the Oxford City School District’s calendar, with a few exceptions. Please consult your MAPS calendar for all class days.

Tuition & Fees

Monthly Tuition: $200
Registration Fee: $150/year (non-refundable)
